Construction on the Methuen Rotary project is substantially complete four months ahead of schedule. As soon as warmer weather returns, the contractor will return to finish installing signs, install permanent pavement markings, take care of the remaining plantings and conduct the final inspection.

Payment Changes Coming to the MBTA

On November 20, 2017, the MBTA Fiscal Management and Control Board approved a 13-year, $723 million contract for a major change in its fare collection mechanism that will phase out the Charlie Card throughout the system by 2020.
